I am a HUGEE peanut butter fan! These treats are my favourite out of all the raw desserts!

Ingredients:

  • 120g oats
  • 80g desiccated coconut
  • 185g medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cococnut oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2-3 Tbsp natural or homemade peanut butter
  • Optional: Reese peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips/ cacao chips etc

Methods:

  • Place in food processor until all blended (thermomix is 15 secs on speed 8)
  • Roll into balls
  • Roll into desiccated coconut desired
  • Set in fridge!
