It can sometimes feel impossible to try and get nutritious foods into our kids especially if you have a fussy eater on your hands like I do * cough Harper*. It can also be hard trying to take healthy food options for your family out with you, whether that be going to the park, play center or just shopping for the day. Not to mention the messes that come along with it. No-one likes to find week old yogurt stains in the back of the car.

Now that summer is well and truely here Ive been making tonnes of smoothies for the girls to fit in that extra nutrition that they refuse to eat. I am also chatting about a product that has saved us when it comes to taking foods out with us and prevents mess!

I first saw the Subo Food bottle when I was watching Shark Tank on TV.  I thought it was so clever that finally you can take and store yogurts, soft foods like spaghetti and smoothies out with you and have no accidents happen like smashed yoghurt packets breaking in your bag! The non-squeeze bottle keeps its contents safe as well as your bag!

It allows your kids to feed themselves independently without the spills. The platform inside the bottle atomically pushes the food out when you suck on it. Its also non-toxic and environmentally friendly and perfect for little ones 6 months plus! Subo is also great for adults to pack your healthy snacks and smoothies to work!
